8.A. Consider action to approve the Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting that was held on February 14, 2023 and the Called Meeting on February 28, 2023.

8.B. Consider action to approve an agreement between the Ballinger Independent School District and Live Oak Public Finance, LLC for Financial Advisory Services and all matters related thereto.

8.C. Consider action to adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Contingency Fee Engagement Agreement for Legal Services and Other Preliminary Actions Necessary for the District’s Proposed Issuance of Maintenance Tax Notes.

8.D. Consider action to approve a Resolution that will pay all employees for the work days missed due to inclement weather.

8.E. Consider action to approve Early Childhood literacy and mathematics proficiency goals, and College, Career, and Military Readiness goals as required by the State Legislature in House Bill 3.

9.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 552.0821, deliberation and possible action regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student.

9.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee,specifically regarding the contracts of teachers, nurses, counselors, and diagnosticians.
