6. ADJOURNMENT to CLOSED  or EXECUTIVE SESSION (S and T) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074, and 551.082, the OPEN MEETINGS ACT, for the FOLLOWING PURPOSES:

6.A. Consultation with attorney regarding any item on the agenda, pending litigation or legal matters before the board

7. RECONVENE into OPEN SESSION (S and P)  for Action on Matters Discussed in Executive Session.

7.B. Discussion and possible action to name a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools of the Santa Rosa Independent School District and begin the twenty-one day waiting period under the Texas Government Code Section 552.126.
