III.1. The board will convene in executive session to "conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d).
Representatives of the news media shall be allowed to attend executive sessions other than those relating to labor negotiations or a hearing to expel minor students or to examine confidential records. Executive Sessions are not open to the public. All matters discussed during executive sessions are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
