I. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum
|

II. Public Forum: No presentation shall exceed five minutes (Local Policy BED). If during the open forum period, a member of the public asks a question about an item not listed on the public agenda, the board or any of its members may respond by providing specific factual information or a recitation of an existing policy, but members may not discuss or deliberate the question. Texas Government Code 551.042

III. Level 3 parent grievance concerning the discipline of a public school child
|
|
IV. Recess to Closed Session: A closed session may be held for the purpose authorized by the Texas Open meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et. seq. concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including but not limited to the following sections and purposes.

IV.i. Section 551.074 - Deliberate the Appointment, Employment, Evaluation, Reassignment, Duties, Discipline, or Dismissal of a Public Officer or Employee; or to Hear a Complaint or Charge Against an Officer or Employee

IV.i.a. Level 3 parent grievance concerning complaint against school employee
|
|
IV.ii. Section 551.071 - Consultation with Attorney: A governmental body may conduct a private consultation with its attorney when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation; or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter

IV.ii.a. Consultation with legal counsel regarding Level 3 parent grievance

V. Reconvene in Open Session: Consider and take possible action on item(s) discussed in closed session.

V.i. Consideration of and Board Action, if any, on Level 3 Parent Grievance
|
|
VI. Discussion and possible approval of the Architect Firms that were interviewed and take possible action to select the most highly qualified Architect Firm, or rank the most highly qualified Architect Firms.

VII. Adjourn.
