4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Public comment is to be sent to boardmeeting@lyoncsd.org.
This meeting can be viewed on the Lyon County School District website, www.lyoncsd.org. The public is invited to address the board on items not listed on the agenda. No action may be taken on any subject raised until it is properly placed on an agenda for a properly noticed meeting pursuant to Nevada's Open Meeting Law, NRS 241. Comments must fall under subjects within the board's jurisdiction and control. Although this board does not restrict comments based upon viewpoint, comments will be prohibited if the contents are willfully disruptive, slanderous, amount to personal attacks or interfere with the rights of others. Comments emailed to boardmeeting@lyoncsd.org will be included in the minutes of the meeting. |

5. (For Possible Action) Discussion and possible action regarding the operations and funding of the Lyon County School District during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Nevada State of Emergency. This item is being presented by Board President Holly Villines and Superintendent Wayne Workman.
