C.A)(1) Consider and possible action to approve minutes from previous Board meeting(s).

C.A)(1)(a) Minutes Regular meeting January 11, 2021.

C.A)(1)(b) Minutes Special meeting January 25, 2021.

C.B) Consider and possible action to approve 2021-2022 Cheer Constitution.

C.C) Consider and possible action to sponsor a C.E.R.T. Program for the Bosqueville High School.

C.D) Consider and possible action to appoint Board members to the budget committee.

C.E) Consider and possible action to authorize Steve Dow to incur additional expenses not to exceed $7,500.00, for the cost of the owner's title policy and other closing expenses. This will bring the total amount of authorized expenses to $16,000.00 (This is regarding the BISDPFC).

C.F) Consider and possible action to approve the purchase of an owner's title policy in favor of Bosqueville ISD as named insured, in the amount of $1,265,000.00, without an exception for the unreleased NationsBank lien, in connection with the conveyance of the real estate from the BISDPFC back to the school district.

D. CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION:

D.A) The Board will adjourn to a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001, et seq.

D.A)(1) The Board will discuss personnel as allowed in the Texas Govt. Code, Section 551.074.

D.A)(2) The Board will review resignations/employment of personnel as allowed in Texas Govt. Code Section 551.074.

D.A)(3) Superintendent Formative Evaluation.

E. RECONVENE FROM CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION

E.A) Announcement by the presiding officer of the Board that the closed executive session discussions as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. Seq. has concluded.
