April 22, 2014 at 9:00 AM - SAA Weekly Meeting

Rationale:  1.  New Staff Hiring Update:  SCHS Social Studies, Business/ITE, Special Education offered.  SES Interviewing - elementary early childhood, elementary teachers, special education teachers.  SCHS  Interviewing - Math

2.  Requisitions:  We are completing the ESU Coop orders and will be opening the regular purchase orders for books, equipment, furniture, and technology hardware and software (items not available on ESU Coop).  These requisitions will be due on Monday, May 12th!  See instructions and powerpoint sent from Mr. Droge for more information and guidance. 

3.  Building and Grounds:  We need to finalize 2014 building requests prior to the board's community meeting on Monday, April 28th.  Dr. Hoesing will visit each building administrator to discuss priorities for this summer.  See building program on the filemaker server.

4.  Textbook/Curriculum Cycle:  Mr. Gibbons will begin working with building principals on the curriculum/textbook cycle on the filemaker server.  We need to identify those areas to be updated for the 2014-15 school year.

5.  May School Board Meeting:  We will move the May board meeting up to 5:30 PM due to Activities Honors Program.  Please make sure you get your board reports to me next week so that we can get these posted.
