New AGENDA Items Under Consideration:
1.  Review proposed Return to School Plan.
2.  Discuss detailed building and program plans due:  Monday, August 3rd.
3.  Discuss State Plan for each of the following areas according to the Operational Zones.

1. Custodial/Health:  Dr. Hoesing, Ron Mundil, Carol Reha
   1. All schools must have a "sick" room for "sick" from well students .
   2. Ron is working on PO for hand sanitizer spray bottles.
   3. Face shields are here, masks were to be delivered in Lincoln on Friday, shoudl have them this week, gloves are here, N-95 nurses masks and disposable growns have been ordered.
   4. Each building and bus stop need to figure out a process for distributing masks in the morning and collecting masks in the evening.
   5. Mask collection points established at all buildings for laundering.
   6. 4 facial recognition cameras are in, 2 more have been ordered and should be in this week.  Temperatures should be taken in the morning and again at noon.  We will review this protocol at the meeting.
2. Transportation:  Dr. Hoesing, Ron Mundil,
   1. Bus routes are the same times as last year
   2. Students will need temperature checks and masks prior to getting on the bus
   3. Masks are REQUIRED on the bus, elementary bus will load and unload on east side. of the building
   4.  
3. SPED/504:  Dr. Hoesing, Darli Vrba, Cara Neesen
   1. Darli Vrba has compled SPED notebooks for all SPED staff
4. Calendar/PD/Logistics:  Dr. Hoesing, Building Principals, Dr. Gibbons, Counselors
   1. Working on PD breaks and modified school calendar
   2. Working on class schedule changes in compliance with limited class size
5. Instruction/Class Size:  Dr. Hoesing, Building Principals, Dr. Gibbons, Counselors
   1. Thank you for setting the social distancing room capacity
   2. Room placards should be done this Wednesday
   3. Refrigerator magnets for homes are ordered, don't have a date yet???
6. Activities:  Dr. Hoesing, AD’s,
   1. Basketball team self-quarantine until August 6th
   2. SCHS Volleyball needing to be at the middle school for practice
7. Food Service:  Dr. Hoesing, Shelley Friesz, Penny Janousek, Jamie Ramirez
   1. Social distancing lunch lines
   2. Social distancing tables (10 feet apart, reduced seating at tables if possible)
8. Personnel:  Dr. Hoesing, Penny Janousek, Administrators, Ron Mundil
   1. Remote learning options
   2. Isolated teaching requests
