Discussion:  Meeting called to order at 7:36 a.m. with the following present: Jim Sake, Veronica Lane, Asia Trout, Carissa Valasek, Heather Shotkoski, Todd Weller, Tayma Rasmussen, Bill Gregoski, Sherise Loeffelbein, Kristin Reimers.

Discussion:  Motion by Weller, second by Shotkoski to approve the minutes. All present vote aye.

Discussion:  Reviewed wellness practices in: School Meals, Physical Education, Essential Physical Activity Topics in Health Education, Recess (Elementary), Classroom Physical Activity Breaks (Elementary and Secondary), Active Academics. 

Discussion:  638 SafeSchools training modules have been completed in the following by staff this year. Will assign training modules for next year prior to school starting.

Discussion:  Reviewed eight accident reports: five recess, one PE, one FCS, one restroom door. Four returned to activity, four picked up by parent. 

Discussion:  Noted new safety straps on basketball hoops in gym, rocks removed and new sand on playground volleyball court, outside building light out.
