Meeting called to order at 7:35 with the following present: Asia Trout, Heather Shotkoski, Todd Weller, Justin Valasek, Tayma Rasmussen, Bill Gregoski, Jim Sake, Sherise Loeffelbein, Kristin Reimers, Joel Bohlken.

2. Approve minutes of October 2, 2025 meeting
Discussion:
Motion by Rasmussen, second by Shotkoski to approve the minutes. All present voted aye.

3.1. Review school wellness practices
Discussion:
Reviewed School Meals, Physical Education, Health Education, Recess (Elementary), Classroom Physical Activity Breaks.

4.1. Review safety training modules
Discussion:
627 training modules have been completed by 50 different staff members.

4.2. Review accident reports
Discussion:
Reviewed five accident reports: Four recess accidents (three minor, one broken bone), one minor shop burn.

4.3. Review monthly internal safety inspection sheets
Discussion:
No safety issues noted.

Discussion:
Reviewed inspection report.
