Superintendent Kevin Case stated the administrators are focusing on the three district beliefs from the October Retreat.It is shaping district conversations and decision making. In the future, the conversations will expand to include all staff.

Superintendent Kevin Case shared the top thoughts of the Elementary #1 Building Committee after its three meetings. Over forty people participated and shared that they valued the collaboration and diversity of the group as they saw their input directly used in the design process and were excited about the results. |

Chris Misselt reported on the latest Ed Council meeting. It is comprised of teachers from each building. They discussed climate survey, snow days, chain of command and staffing. Ben Frerichs said it was an honor to participate on the Building Committee. It's been amazing working with DLR and CoOp Architects as partners. Amy McGovern reported there is a Booster Club meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. They are planning a sweet treat bake sale at the Robotics Tournament on February 26. Col Vaira stated the base values its partnership with the district. He thanked the DSD admin team for coming to the tour last week--it was a great day! Cathy Melendez said the Box Elder Area Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and mixer is on February 22. |
