Craig Cox, SCPPD- Possible solar panels on the E1/2 SE 1/4 10-4-10
Discussion:
Brought a zoning map and alternate preferred site. The battery grant project is over/pulled. Green projects haulted. ISI Solar - panel life span of 20 years. Contract is for 30 years. 1 Meg series 1 the town. Wire beyond 3' feet stays. Very little concrete on these jobs. Transformer pad is concrete. Steel posts pounded into the ground. Manitenace is mainly vegetation. Mowed 3x per year.
Conditional use permit & building permit. They have to get state electrical permit. spring construction They'll hire a surveyor to locate the parcel & flag. AARON - ISI correspondent $800/acre/year; adjustments can be made - 25 year contract. Based on UNL fair farm prices. Will email me the lease agreement. Have Drew look it over before the meeting. Send building permit and conditional use permit if deeded. show him the map; SCPPD will reimburse for any acres sprayed |

Community Club- America's 250th Anniversary/Annual 4th of July Celebration
Discussion:
Community Club asking for help for the events on the 4th of July. They need to find other sources to help pay for fireworks.
$9-12k for fireworks show. Might have to cut events as well. Tariffs supposedly as well. They already locked in and spent $10k for $11k worth. $3000 approx. in donations. $1500 from downtown lighting & $1200 from tour of homes. |
