Discussion:
SF balances as of end of Nov. Payments went out today; most balances at zero. Snap Fitness otherwise DT bucket. We will start getting money when West Admin comes in. Legal fees.

Discussion:

6.b) Consideration of Resolution 25-08, a Resolution of the Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Waverly, Nebraska, Amending that Certain Resolution Approved by the Authority on November 17, 2025 which Approved a Redevelopment Project and Authorized the Issuance of a Tax Increment Revenue Note (West Redevelopment Land Acquisition Project), Series 2025, for the Purpose of Paying Certain Project Costs in Connection with a Redevelopment Project; Perscribed the Form of Said Note and Confirmed the Covenants and Arrangements Made by the Community Redevelopment Authority to Facilitate and Protect the Payment Thereof.
Discussion:
City Administrator Fisher can city guarentee buy land if CRA were to default; adj city property, have interest. GD aren't they buying it at outstanding debt or is it purchase price. MP formality; paying off right away, SF take a few years. MP DT area would be loan and pay right away in DT area funds. Fisher the city has already approved.

6.c) Discussion of Downtown Redevelopment Area projects to implement into new plan.
Discussion:
SF MP sent TK an email purchase DT buildings spec apt building. TK response would not encourage that have people living in, put in landlord situation idk if CRA wants to be landlords, SF vacant brainards business, the vault? Phoenix webgroup, ... Tk wanted to know if have structural person look at a few buildings, check with property owners and check with them. Want to reach out to Mark Sass? KH MP make it look nice and set precidence. GD structural, fee goes with it. SF TK lost employee, meet timeline? Sf if wanted to amend contract with tim and pay Kirk directyl, scope, quicker. RW sass leasing no part. Sf talk wit TK about brainard, Jamestown, cant until amend redevelopment plan. RW
