Meeting called to order by Board President, Eddie White at 6:01 p.m

2. STATE SCHOOL BOARD TRAINING
Discussion:
Dr. Melanie Hau, Director of Education Leadership with OSSBA discussed strategic planning ideas. She also went over the Superintendent Evaluation process available through the OSSBA. The cost is $250/year, and it will have to be approved by the board in order to adopt this program.
