4. Introduction of guests and public discussion by those who requested to speak to the board regarding any item on the agenda.

5. Discussion and possible action regarding the punch list of items pending to be mitigated at the new site of Seminole High School, and possible walk through of the facility.

6. Consider and take necessary action to approve the final payment to Wynn Construction for the new high school.
