Discussion:
President LaPlante brought up a loophole with Dr. notes and a discussion was held. Sidney Tuttle wanted to discuss truancy, to see what the schools part is in the Tribal Truancy Code. Questions about Jurisdiction with school between our Tribe and County. Currently, the Tribal Code doesn't match with state or school policy.
