Elementary Principal - Chris Roby
Discussion:
One student that is virtual right now (5th grade). Going good. Google classroom and comes into the building one day a week to do tests. Started all of our afterschool activities. New art program and 70 kids signed up. 3rd and 4th basketball start next week with Okarche festival. 24 girls and 18 boys for those teams. First round of star testing and with the 5 month gap, the tests really came back well. 176 of 214 tested at benchmark or above. That's about 84%. Some dropped but were still over benchmark. Ag is going to come in the 25th and read an ag book to the students. We have spirit week next week for Baseball and Softball teams entering playoffs.

JH/HS Principal - Lisa Munson
Discussion:
Been working on the student handbook. We got our OSSBA policies back. Munson took a webinar on handbooks this summer. We had STUCO elections a week ago. The kids really got into it and campaigned. It was a lot of fun. Next week is spirit week. We one student on virtual. Baseball and Softball wrapping up with playoffs next week. Basketball around the corner. We had a question today from Junior sponsor on Prom. HT is not taking reservations for venue rental right now with Covid. Curious what the board thinks on another location for prom. Winter formal will be December 5th. The students do want to bring outside guests.

Superintendent - Josh Sumrall
Discussion:
We got our policies back in rough draft form. We can look and send back with any changes. School year is going very very well. The whole staff, parents and students. Hopefully good health continues. I want to talk about some future plans. Baseball and softball complex, old elementary, band room, etc. Board has a map of the baseball and softball plan. Baustert- can you take down the old elem and use that old cafeteria as band room? Get bids on knocking down the elementary.

Financial Report
Discussion:
We are collecting about 25% gross production that we did last year. They have predicted that in our estimate of needs. Our expenditures this year are about $130,000 less than they were this time last year. We are in a good situation. Vogt- PE building. New padding in and painters will be coming in. After painting we will fix the roof.
