Call to order and record attendance.

Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of Superintendent of Schools. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Vote to convene in executive session for the purpose of interviewing superintendent candidates for the 2020-2021 school year.
Discussion:
President Stephanie Jeffrey reminded everyone that what is said in executive session is private, and cannot be repeated.

Acknowledge the boards return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those in the motion to convene.
