Discussion:
Returned to Open Session at 7:14pm. Valory Dalton, Jeremy Gilbertson, Jeff Dingee, Tiffany Elcyzyn were in Executive Session along with Candidates # 1 through 9 as attached with candidate #7 unable to make it. They were interviewed in 15 minute intervals beginning at 4:10 and ending at 6:45.
