Interview of Board Candidates to fill board vacancy
Discussion:
Each of the six candidates were notified of the two questions the board chose for them to answer during the interview process. The questions were: What motivates you to be on the LCPS School Board, and what is your vision for the direction of LCPS? Each candidate was given five minutes to answer those two questions. The order of interviews was determined by drawing names; Roger Gallaway, Brittany Elsner, Patrice Feller, Tina Treffer, Jeff Rademacher, Derrick Day. Each member of the board then announced their top three candidates.
