Discuss and take possible action on the change order for the parent loop project at Harrah Middle School.

Discussion:
Brian Timberlake and Jeff Lee presented a change order for the parent loop at Harrah Middle School. Due to the ground conditions, it is necessary to change the process to constructing the loop. The design will be the same.
