3. Board discussion and possible vote to approve Clinton Board of Education Policy BE-R2.

4. Board discussion and possible vote to approve Clinton Board of Education Policy BED.

5. Board approval minutes of the March 9, 2020 regular meeting, and the March 4, 5, 11 and 23, 2020 Special Meetings. 

6. Board consideration and vote to approve a 307 supplemental to add money to the child nutrition fund (22) budget.

7. Board consideration and vote to pay general fund encumbrances #841-853 (accounts payable) and # 70789-70798 (payroll); building fund #10; 

8. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of March.

9. Board vote to pay the April payroll according to contracts.
