3.p. Resolution Number 7686 entering into a Letter Agreement for Professional Services with Olsson, Inc., to conduct an inspection of two (2) underground potable water reservoirs owned by the City, as recommended by the Board of Public Works.

Resolution Number 7687 executing an Agreement with AHRS Construction, Inc., and any and all other documents necessary, to retain AHRS Construction, Inc., for construction services to construct a new T-Hangar, upgrade Taxilanes, and reconstruct a hangar approach at the Beatrice Municipal Airport, subject to and contingent upon FAA concurrence in award for said bid and the offer of a federal grant.

TIF project interest rate invloved. bank charges interest and is figured in net present value. in this matter, city is bank to itself, didn't make sense to charge interest. lowered net present set up like normal with several TIF notes. put in all infrastructure into 1 TIF note effective date was 1/1/26, no construction has been done, pushed back 1 year TIF note $1.3 million |

8.a. City Administrator’s Monthly Report.
Discussion:
33rd & Lnk - contrator should be in making repairs. defect on center turn lane, part of warranted work, start after 9am & done by 2pm. is one in front of preschool entrance, not until Thursday...no cost to City
Tree inventory - coming forward next time, tree inventory everything east of Hwy 77 - may see people wandering through yard, part of inventory of ROW inventory. CAST Initiative - has been movement - federal highway had been in talks with NDOT, responded Feds sent back to NDOT - done any day now. Landfill - $6.2 million on building new cell, 1 change order & it was for a decrease, went very well. Burns & Mac did a great job planning. Teryr - thanks for Open House at BASWA Ted - $10,000 grant for Royals - report, chet's office, did better job this summer than in past, still taking in more than clearing. now that no more weed - will office catch up? TT _ working on clearing back cases. Taylor has been working with their office - help facilitate to close the case. Ted - structures being demolished - where at comparatively - TT - down currently - usually backloaded in the year, like to put them all together Terry - hiring fully staffed? |
