building new landfill. approved dirt work to build cell & roads, this is for site entrance, building, scale house, etc. burns & mac split, due to 2 different contractors bidding. $____________ranges, 3 bids. neg esti $6,471. recommendation to move forward. alternate bids should still fit within budget. $4,052,000.

4.b. Resolution Number 75 executing Task Order #23 for the Engineer-Owner Agreement between the Agency and Burns McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., for professional services including sampling, monitoring, and testing services.

Discussion:
engineer for couple years, aprpove task orders as we move forward, covers items for 2025, admissions, grown, -----, billed based upon work done. ground water monitoring higher this year, additional testing will be completed on new site, will lower in future years with less testing.
