Action Topics

Recommendation, consideration and vote to approve adding four skylights to the DP Byers scope of work. Cost of work is $6,562.64 below the line item allowance for this scope per the GMP. This residual line item allowance will be transferred into the overall project allowance.

Recommendation, consideration and vote to recommend to the Bartlesville Education Authority approval of the following contracts on the BPS 9th Grade Center project:

Oklahoma Waterproofing for sealing Burnished Block.

Architectural Sign & Graphics, Inc. for the signage contract.

Peper Fence Company, Inc. for the Cooling Tower fencing contract.

Nabholz Construction Services for the courtyard concrete contract.

Headrick Landscaping, LLC for the landscape/sod contract.

Consideration and vote to approve bids for courtyard concrete and landscaping (sod and planting) as set out in Attachments "C"

Consideration and vote to approve the relocation of power lines to Central

Approval of Purchase Orders and Change Orders through March 17, 2015 as set out on Attachment "E"

Consideration and vote to extend the closing deadline under the real estate purchase contract with Vertical Church for 30 days until April 30.

Consideration and vote to accept the resignation of Mike Orr as a school board member effective May 1, 2015.
