1. Call to order - 6:30 p.m.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

2. Discuss and possible action to approve a one-time $1000.00 retention stipend for all returning staff that are with the district as of July 15th, 2022.  If a staff member resigns before the 2022-2023 school year/contract days, they will pay the district back at a prorated amount for the days that they did not work.

3. Consideration and possible action to approve a Summer School Employee Stipend.

4. Discuss MOU for the 22-23 School Year for La Pryor ISD security.

5. Discussion on information received from:
*TASB on Safety and Security
*Stanley Safety and Security system to replace door knobs 
*Review fencing proposal

6. Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).
