3.1. Discuss Applicants for the Position of Superintendent of Schools
Discussion:
Shari Becker from NASB gave the board a schedule for the evening. The board will go into closed session to review candidates and reference letters. Candidates will be identified by a 'letter' to protect the integrity of the person. After they come out of the closed session, they will pick 4 candidates to interview and an alternate. The board will revisit the interview schedule, candidate selection document-interview questions, negotiation paper. Shari will then reach out to selected candidates to interview on December 11th.

Discussion:
Mr. Jones restated 'We will go into executive session to prevent the needless injury of the reputation of individuals'. The board voted and went into Executive Session 6:41pm. The board came out of executive session at 8:19pm
