Approve the agenda as established in advance of the meeting Passed with a motion by Jerry Overturf and a second by Brent Mau.

Is there a motion for the board to enter closed session to discuss the proposed purchase price and the terms of any purchase agreement and to give negotiation guidance to the superintendent because it is in the public interest to do so? A motion to go in to Closed Session was made at 4:04pm Passed with a motion by Brent Mau and a second by Jerry Overturf.

A motion to exit Closed Session was made at 4:27pm Passed with a motion by Jolene Griess and a second by Jerry Overturf.

Approve to authorize the superintendent to make an offer to purchase the real estate 1102 South Saunders, Sutton NE and to execute a purchase agreement on behalf of the district according to the terms of the negotiating guidance provided to the superintendent in closed session. This will also include up to a 20% earnest deposit if a purchase agreement is signed and executed. Passed with a motion by Jerry Overturf and a second by Brent Mau.
