1. CALL TO ORDER AT 7:00 PM

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING POSTED AGENDA ITEMS 

3. CLOSED SESSION as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

3.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to provide legal advice regarding two Level III hearings on student matters.


 

3.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

3.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.082, to deliberate in a case involving discipline of a public school child, including discussion on Level III hearings on a student matter. 

3.D. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, including discussion on Level III hearings on a student matter.

3.E. Conduct Level III haring on regarding Level III Grievance.

4. OPEN MEETING 

4.A. Consider and take action on regarding Level III Grievance.
