IV.1.A. Consideration and possible action regarding the property described as 34.468 acre tract of land situated in the John E. Mischamp Survey, A-490, in Frio County, Texas, and being a part of Outlot 36 in the City of Dilley as set out in Envelope 55b of the plat Records in Frio County, Texas, and the contract for the District’s purchase from NB 26 Properties, LLC.

IV.1.B. Executive Session as Authorized by Section 551.001 et seq. of the Texas Government Code (Open Meetings Act), under the following Provisions.

IV.1.B.1. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §§551.071 and 551.129, the Board will consult with the Board’s legal counsel regarding legal issues pertaining to the real property described as a 34.468 acre tract of land situated in the John E. Mischamp Survey, A-490, in Frio County, Texas, and being a part of Outlot 36 in the City of Dilley as set out in Envelope 55b of the plat Records in Frio County, Texas, and its contract for purchase from NB 26 Properties, LLC.
