Motion to approve the Southeast Nebraska Powerschool Cooperative Interlocal Agreement Passed with a motion by Doug Tonniges and a second by Mark Avery.

Motion to approve the following board goals: (1) To continue to ensure efficient use of staff to best meet the needs of our students; (2) To recognize the importance of alternative school and gather information to begin an alternative school; (3) To continue to encourage professional development of the board members by attending local, state, and national activities; (4) To recognize the importance of an after school program and to gather information to begin an after school program; (5) To have teachers present periodically at board of education meetings; (6) To explore community educational opportunities in the school. Passed with a motion by Doug Tonniges and a second by Wayne Heine.

Motion to approve cash in lieu of insurance to Mike Wright as presented Passed with a motion by Wayne Heine and a second by Mike Hahn.
