2.1. Discussion of Summer Projects
Discussion:
Dr. Dominy, Dr. Fields and Mrs. Dominy discussed the upcoming summer projects - green house at the high school, playground equipment at the Elementary, High School roof project, carpet at the Elementary, high school gym floor, updating electrical at the high school and middle school lighting.

2.2. Planning Community Grant
Discussion:
Megan Kahler discussed the planning community grant and gave the board some background about the grant. Regan Hain discussed the survey that was sent out about the wellness center. Jonathan Jank updated the board on the progress of the wellness center project.

Discussion:
Dr. Dominy updated the board on COVID-19-cases/statistics, vaccines and remote learners.

Discussion:
Ryne Seaman and Dr. Fields discussed the conflict of interest forms.
