1. Open Meeting

Rationale:

In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act can be found in the back of the Council Chambers.
Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order.

2. Roll Call

Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

3. Items of Business

Rationale:

The Committee may discuss or limit discussion on, hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, or take action to provide a recommendation to the City Council on any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Provide a recommendation to the City Council on approving plans, specifications, and cost estimate from Gilmore & Associates for the south drive of the City Park project and set a bid letting date.

Discussion: The Committee reviewed the official plans for the south drive of City Park and would like to move forward with the project.

Action(s):

Motion Carried:

Provide a recommendation to the City Council to approve the plans, specifications, and cost estimate from Gilmore & Associates for the south drive of the City Park project and set a bid letting date of September 29, 2022 at 10:00am. Carried with a motion by Jack Oelschlager and a second by Dale Strehle.
