VIII. Approximately five (5) minutes after the conclusion of the public (open) meeting referred to above, an executive (closed) meeting will be held to discuss the following matters:   

VIII.A. Consultation with school district attorney, as permitted by Section 551.071 (1) (a) and (b), (2), of the Texas Government Code regarding pending or contemplated litigation; or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the government body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the state Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter -- (Executive Session)
