Motion to approve the Board Agenda with the addition on Item 2 under Business Before the Board, adding "to publish required notices and to authorize the Real Estate Committee to negotiate a contract with brokers for the sale of the 507 New Highway 96 property Passed with a motion by Dr. Alicia Barker and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.

Approval of Consent Agenda as presented Passed with a motion by Mr. Tim Stillings and a second by Mr. Kevin Townsel.

Motion to approve the teaches recommended for tenure Passed with a motion by Mr. Kevin Townsel and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.

Motion to declare as surplus the building and property located at 507 New Highway 96 West, Franklin, TN, publish the legally required notices, and authorize the Real Estate Committee to negotiate a listing agreement with Broker(s) Passed with a motion by Mr. Tim Stillings and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.

Motion to declare as surplus the FSD property at 507 New Highway 96W, publish the legally required notices, and empower real estate committee to negotiate a listing agreement with Broker(s) Passed with a motion by Mr. Tim Stillings and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.

Motion to approve tution rates remain the same as FY 2024-25: out of district but inside Williamson County at $2,000 per year for the 1st child, and $1,000 per additional sibling, rates for students living outside Williamson County at $4,000 per year per student Passed with a motion by Dr. Alicia Barker and a second by Mr. Tim Stillings.

Motion to approve the Total Composite Score as presented at 98.25 and approve the Performance Bonus at 100% of the Bonus Pool allotted based on current annual salary, as outlined in the Performance Review Process for 2023-24 Passed with a motion by Mr. Kevin Townsel and a second by Mrs. Allena Bell.
