Employees
- Employees were honored with a holiday luncheon and notified about the holiday bonus (with the approval of ESSER 3.0).
- Board is invited to attend the Central Office holiday luncheon this Friday.
- Grateful for the leadership of the Executive Staff and Principals. They have gone above and beyond in their jobs.
- Thank you Ms. Gore for always managing my schedule and keeping things running smoothly.
- Proud of all the work that has been accomplished and for the support of Board Members.
2024-2025 Instructional Calendar
- The Superintendent's Leadership Roundtable developed and incorporated suggestions that have produced two calendar options to be approved at the next board meeting.
- Mr. Hill is the point person for this and collaborating with the Superintendent's Leadership Roundtable as the calendar committee.
Top Work Place
- ACS named Top Work Place
- Board members invited to attend reception Thursday night
- Rank will be announced at the reception
TDOE Interview
- Commissioner's Chief of Staff requested and interview
- ACS identified by TDOE as one of the districts in the state that excels in teacher retention
2023-2024 Budget Process - calendar on agenda tonight for approval
Human Resources
- Dr. Clark will be organizing the Career Fair soon
- Letter of Intent will be sent out to employees
- Other recruitment opportunities will gear up in the spring for colleges and universities
Accountability
- Registration coming up and ties back to budget development/process
Operation report will be sent via e-mail to Board
