Staffing: 1 open School Nurse (AES)
Substitutes: 95% fill rate
Annual Career Fair: Thursday 1/24 at AHS
Recruitment: currently 13 sites with more to come

11.A. 5-Year Capital Plan

Discussion:

Arlington Education Business Partnership (EBP) summary
Reveal EBP once application for 501 3(c) is approved, board of directors set and by laws complete
FY20: AHS Athletic Complex Updates at AHS: indoor practice facility, soccer locker room, girls softball locker room, storage rooms and potential to add additional parking. Total sq. ft. 26,402. Projected cost $126sf, total cost between 3.5 & 3.7 million. Bid in the spring.
Open to all athletes, usage based on priority
Reserve funds and will require small budget amendment (Fund Balance and Capital Funding from Shelby County Commission)
Upon approval, contract with Renaissance to develop construction plans, then to bid in spring 2019 with project to be completed in FY20. Board verbally approves Superintendent to move forward and contract with Renaissance.
Soccer: Recommendation to use funds previously raised for additional bathroom and concession stand.
