The dates in “red” on the memo represent the dates these events occurred in the FY’14 Budget process, and the corresponding dates built into the Boards FY’15 Budget Timeline. See attached Board Timeline with the City’s proposed dates written in “red”. This is a very accelerated schedule as it is, we don’t receive the first BEP “Estimate” until mid-April.
