1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, met December 6, 2013, at approximately 11:00 a.m. to discuss the Town of Chapel Hill's request to use Forrest High School's old gym for the purpose of hosting Christmas vendors on Saturday, December 7 from 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
This request, along with proof of insurance, was submitted between the November 11 and December 9 board meetings; board policy requires board approval when a facility is being used for private profit.
