1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Friday, July 12, 2013, at approximately 10:00 a.m. to discuss bids for the air conditioning unit in the cafeteria at Cornersville High School.

2. Bids for CVHS Cafeteria AC

No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
After discussions, and following contact with the remaining board members, the decision was made to accept Mike Spence's low bid of $14,000 in order to expedite the work so that the installation could be completed before the start of the 2013-2014 school year.
