1. Call to Order
Discussion:
The Executive Committee of the Marshall County Board of Education, comprised of Chairman of the Board Mike Keny and Director of Schools Jackie Abernathy, spoke by phone Friday, June 28, 2013, at approximately 4:00 p.m. to discuss the bids submitted by United Structural Systems (USS), the lone bidder, for structural repairs at Westhills Elementary School and Spot Lowe Vocational Center.

2. Structural Bids
Action(s):
No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
After discussions, the decision was made to accept the bids and award the job to USS in order to expedite the work so that the repairs could be completed before the start of the 2013-2014 school year.
