60 minute interview for each candidate
Each board member has a specific question that was determined by a vote in a prior meeting. Each candidate will be given 5 minutes to answer each question and will be able to ask any follow-up questions should time allow. After the last candidate interview, Ray and Associates; David Faltys and Minnie Forte-Brown meet with the Board via Google Meet to score their top candidate and make a decision for their final candidate to move on to the next round. |
