Speaker(s):
Travis Rickey
Action(s):
No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
Because of the delay in materials, we allowed the vendor to submit a change order. We allowed the change order so that the vendors didn't overbid now and not need to. The price could even go down depending on what material value is at the time that it ships. Jack Baker, with Baker and Associates, clarified that they are not expecting for the price to change that much (10-20% change of the insulation materials only). There is a possibility of covering the skylights, which may decrease the bid price since there won't be a need to order the materials to work around them.
