The meeting was called to order by Vice President, Paul Snyder, as President Kozal was absent, at 5:37 pm at the Scottsbluff Public School District Office.

Move pursuant to §84-1410 of the Neb Rev Stat, also known as the Nebraska Open Meetings Law, that the Board of Education for Scottsbluff Public Schools go into Closed Session, to include Superintendent, Dr. Andrew Dick, Executive Director of Finance, Marianne Carlson, and Legal Counsel, Rex Schultze, for the purpose of staff negotiations. The Closed Session is necessary for the protection of the public interest.
