8.1. Certified Staff Resignations
Summary:  The Board will consider acceptance of the resignation of Josh Warren effective at the conclusion of the 2021-22 school year.
8.2. Certified Staff Contract(s)
Summary:  Proposed certified staff contracts for Brian Nadhenry and Taryn Hoelting for the 2022-23 school year.
8.3. Supplemental Rate for 2022-23
Summary:  Supplemental Rates are those rates that the district pays for "as performed" duties or assignments.  It is the recommendation of the Finance Committee that the attached Supplemental Rates for 2022-23 be forwarded to the Board of Education for review, discussion, and approval.
8.4. Classified Staff Starting Pay Rates
Summary:  Classified Staff Starting Pay Rates are those beginning wages for new employees the district pays for hourly positions.  Experience in the same or similar positions may be considered when setting the beginning wage for new employees. It is the recommendation of the Finance Committee that the attached Classified Staff Starting Pay Rates be forwarded to the Board of Education for review, discussion, and approval.
8.5. Classified Staff Wage Increase for 2022-23
Summary:  The Board annually sets wage increases for classified staff, preferably in the spring months to aid in budget planning and staff notification for the next year. It is the recommendation of the Finance Committee to assign a set total dollar amount (lump sum) for all regular hourly school staff wage increases with individual percentages to be assigned by the superintendent.  The superintendent will then have the discretionary authority to assign individual hourly wage increases based on factors including, but not limited to position category, seniority, current rate, performance, or regional school array comparisons.
