Community Engagement Meeting
Discussion:
Discussion was had regarding room set up, the presentation in general, including small group breakouts and board member responsibilities.
Feedback from the previous community meeting will be shared and reviewed briefly as well as going through the bond themes again. Board members will sit among the audience. QR code will be available for the audience to utilize for additional feedback. Follow up via social media and make QR code available for anyone who was not able to attend. |
