2.A. Discussion of Superintendent Search Process with NASB Representative
Discussion:
NASB Representative Rex Pfeil met with the school board to discuss the remainder of the superintendent search process. The search timeline was reviewed. It was decided to keep the public survey open for an extra week to see if we can get more responses. The schedule of the interview day was discussed. Changes to the schedule will be made based on the number of candidates to interview. Rex then went over interview protocol and interview questions with the board. A sample contract was presented to the board, President Terry Spilinek will review with the school attorney. Rex finished up by answering any questions that the board had.
