Discussion:  Mr. Schekirke: Shout out to Ms. Conant for her hard work for MTSS. Parent teacher conferences went well. Shout out to a student for placing in the World Dairy competition. Provided an update on FFA competitions and congratulations to everyone who placed. 

Mrs. Stieren: Report as submitted.

Mr. Krause: Provided an MTSS summit update, one topic was to focus on where students are at, their strengths, and using data to make decisions. SAEBERS screener is upcoming. Discussed upcoming important dates. 

Mr. Dennis: Provided an enrollment update. Stated that teacher evaluations are progressing, grade level teams have started meeting, and those teams are digging into the reading data. PTO glow run was held and it was very fun and successful. Provided a CEEC update. Discussed important upcoming dates. 

Mrs. Bergmeyer: Math curriculum review cycle has begun. ESU3 is continuing to support our work on the CLSD literacy grant. Instructional coaches have begun their coaching sessions for this year. Provided an update on planning for the 6th grade moving up to the high school building. Discussed important upcoming testing dates. 

Discussion:  Mr. Geise: Shout out to the band/music teachers for hosting an amazing marching band competition. Provided construction updates. Working on permanent resolutions for our HVAC issues. Policy updates will be coming. Labor relations conference went well. State Conference for board members is coming up. Provided a cellphone tower update. Discussed specific surplus items. Would like to add another CTE teacher sometime in the future. National FFA conference update. Food service update. Shout out to Nurse Tracy for being a finalist in the Nebraska Security and Safety award. Discussed upcoming important dates.
