Motion by Jake Bachman; seconded by Jodi Bunner, to approve all certificated teacher's contracts be renewed for the 2025-2026 school year. Contracts are to be issued on Feb 28, 2025. Contracts are to be returned on or before March 13, 2025, or they become null and void. Teacher's requesting a resignation after March 13th will not be granted unless a suitable substitute can be hired. Members polled; all voted in favor. Motion carried,

Motion by Megan Ockinga; seconded by Jake Bachman, approve the Superintendent Contract for Joe'l Ruybalid for be renewed for two (2) years, beginning on or about July 1, 2025 and ending on or about June 30, 2027. His salary for the 2025-2026 school year will increase by 4.3% to $146,665, with benefits staying the same. Members polled; all voted in favor. Motion carried,

8. High School Principal Contract school year 2025-2026

Discussion: Due to no further business, President Sara Macklin adjourned the meeting at 7:20PM.

There will be School Board Retreat on Monday, March 10, 2025 in the Elementary Library.

The next regular School Board Meeting will be on Monday March 17, 2025 in the Elementary Library.
