Amy Stanley presented to the board about the area board meeting she attended in North Platte. The State Education Conference will be held November 20-22 in Omaha.

VIII. Principals Report

Discussion:
Principal's report was given by Mr. Seth Ford. Maps testing is almost done in the high school. Saftey drills have been completed. All fall sports have started and are going great . One-Act is also underway. Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on the 25th. SAT training for teachers will be held also on the 25th. The Junior and Seniors went to Ogallala for a college fair. The Region 5 Principal's meeting will be held in Ogallala. Issues with score board and sound system are happening due to lighting. Homecoming will be held on October 4th.

IX. Superintendents Report

Discussion:
Superintendent's report was gen by Mr. David Spencer. Mr. Spencer has contacted the insurance company to asses the issues with the scoreboard. Teacher In-service was held the last Wednesday of August. Kindergarten thru second grade went to Buffalo bill Ranch last week. Round up rodeo will be Wednesday in North Platte. 4th grade is going to the Ogallala Roduvous on Friday. Kindergarten thru 6th grade has completed Dibels testing, and MAPS testing is underway. The CD at Community First Bank will be ready for signing. Mr. Spencer talked to the board about the bonding agents.
